Upload a PDF; AI parses it and pre-fills your scan profile.

Upload your resume

The applier sends your resume PDF when it submits applications. No resume = no applications go out.

How to upload

  1. Go to /dashboard/profile.
  2. Find the Resume section near the top.
  3. Click Upload Resume PDF.
  4. PDF only, max 5MB.

After upload, the AI analyzes the resume and pre-fills your scan profile (primary roles, salary floor, target companies). Review what it filled in — it's a starting point, not a final answer.

When to replace your resume

  • You tailored a new version for a specific role bucket → upload it as your active resume before scans land.
  • You added a recent project or job → replace within a week.
  • You're getting interviews but no offers → ask your coach to review the active version with you.

What we do with it

  • Stored encrypted in Postgres + DigitalOcean Spaces.
  • Sent only when the applier submits an application form.
  • Never shared with anyone outside your account.

If something looks wrong with the AI analysis, edit the scan profile fields directly. The resume drives the initial fill, not the ongoing truth.
