AI-classified recruiter inbox: see only interview replies and offers

Connect Gmail. Three classes surface: interview requests, recruiter replies, offers.

Use your inbox

/dashboard/inbox shows replies from companies you applied to. We classify every email so you only see the three that matter:

  • Interview request — they want to talk to you.
  • Recruiter reply — recruiter outreach, often before a formal interview.
  • Offer — written offer in the email body.

Rejections, status updates, cold pitches, and noise stay backend-only. You never see them.

Connect Gmail

The inbox needs Gmail access to read replies. Connect once via /dashboard/profileIntegrations. We use OAuth — no password is stored.

Filter chips

Three chips at the top toggle each class on/off. Counts show the total available. Toggle off classes you don't care about right now.

Click a row

Opens a drawer with the full email body and an action: Log interview if the row is an interview request. That sends you to /dashboard/interviews with the company and role pre-filled.

What if I revoke Gmail access?

If you revoke OAuth in Google's account settings, the inbox shows a "Sync paused" banner and stops classifying new emails. Reconnect from /dashboard/profile to resume. Existing classified emails stay visible.

Privacy

We classify with Claude Haiku. Emails outside the 3 visible classes are never displayed in your dashboard. The classifier sees subject + first 2KB of body. Full message bodies are stored encrypted; only you and your coach can read them.
